Suddenly ,we feel like aliens in our own world.Our comfort zone is no more an option and we have been forced to think out of the box.The behaviour patterns and social tapestry has changed form forever .The new world demands a different set of ideas and norms which we are not familiar with.A new chapter which is challenging us to the utmost.Can we survive like this? It’s a question that we are all asking ourselves.For the time being,
there is no alternative approach.It is mind over matter.We are left to embrace this chapter of our lives or we perish.
